Our Stainless Steel Natural Gas Patio Heater is one of the most powerful on the market, with an output of an amazing 45,000 BTU's. Constructed of stainless steel, this heavy duty unit features an Electronic ignition system and mounting plate for permanent installation. Unit has a 76" gas hose which extends from the head unit to the base, with 15" exposed at the base. This heater operates on natural gas, so there is no need to worry about changing out a propane tank during your outdoor gathering. This superior patio heater is perfect for the serious outdoor entertainer.

Defective Items
Should a product arrive damaged, simply call our customer service center and we will replace the damaged part free of charge. You pay nothing. If a replacement part will not fix the problem, we will ship you another unit free of charge. Once again, you pay nothing.
Returns & Refunds
Change of heart? For purchases through shop.firesense.com / www.balkenehome.com, we gladly accept returns of all non-final-sale items in new condition with original packaging. Email cservice@welltraveled.net to request a return authorization. In your email, please include your order # or proof of purchase and reason for return. We are unable to process returns without proof of purchase.
Items purchased through a third-party retailer must be returned to the retailer.
You may return your package via the shipper of your choice. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to cover the value of the product. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Please include your original packing slip or your order information to expedite the refund process.
How to Return a Purchase
- Contact our Customer Service department at (866) 985-7877 or email cservice@welltraveled.net to initiate a return. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.
- If your item was damaged on arrival, please provide a photo.
- If your item is eligible for return, you will receive instructions on documentation to include in the return package.
- Please re-package your return carefully. Any damage during return shipping is your responsibility.
- Purchase a return shipping label through the carrier of your choice.
