With an Antique Bronze brushed finish, practical aluminum build, and an output of 55,000 BTU, this versatile fire pit pulls double duty as a patio table when you add the included fire bowl lid with flush-mounted handle. Arriving with clear fire glass for a sparkling accent, just add a standard 20 lb propane tank behind the convenient hinged door. A nylon cover for the fire pit is included for your convenience.

Order Processing

We process and ship orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or a major US holiday ship the next business day. You will always be sent an e-mail with the tracking information for your order. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.

Shipping Rates

We ship to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.

Standard items (patio heaters, electric heaters, chairs, benches, small fire pits) $29.95 per order, free on standard-item orders of $599 or more
Oversized items (fire pit tables, sofa and patio sets, and other items over 70 lb) $59.00 freight per order

If your order includes items from more than one group, the shipping for each group is added together. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Expedited Shipping

We understand that sometimes you need a product faster than using standard shipping. Please contact us if you need expedited shipping and one of our sales representatives will get you an expedited shipping price.

Defective Items

Should a product arrive damaged, simply call our customer service center and we will replace the damaged part free of charge. You pay nothing. If a replacement part will not fix the problem, we will ship you another unit free of charge. Once again, you pay nothing.

Returns & Refunds

Change of heart? For purchases through shop.firesense.com / www.balkenehome.com, we gladly accept returns of all non-final-sale items in new condition with original packaging. Email cservice@welltraveled.net to request a return authorization. In your email, please include your order # or proof of purchase and reason for return. We are unable to process returns without proof of purchase.

Items purchased through a third-party retailer must be returned to the retailer.

You may return your package via the shipper of your choice. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to cover the value of the product. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Please include your original packing slip or your order information to expedite the refund process.

How to Return a Purchase

  • Contact our Customer Service department at (866) 985-7877 or email cservice@welltraveled.net to initiate a return. You will need your order number or proof of purchase.
  • If your item was damaged on arrival, please provide a photo.
  • If your item is eligible for return, you will receive instructions on documentation to include in the return package.
  • Please re-package your return carefully. Any damage during return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Purchase a return shipping label through the carrier of your choice.
