Processing time

We process and ship orders within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or a major US holiday ship the next business day. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the lower 48 United States and Washington, D.C.

Shipping rates

Item type	Shipping cost
Replacement parts & accessories (bulbs, head assemblies, reflectors, covers, cushions and other small items)	$7.95 per order. Free on parts & accessories orders of $75 or more.
Standard items (patio heaters, electric heaters, chairs, benches, small fire pits)	$29.95 per order. Free on standard-item orders of $599 or more.
Oversized items (fire pit tables, sofa and patio sets, and other items over 70 lb)	$59.00 freight per order.

If your order includes items from more than one group, the shipping for each group is added together. You'll see your exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Damaged items

If a product arrives damaged, call our customer service center at (866) 985-7877 and we will replace the damaged part free of charge. If a replacement part will not fix the problem, we will ship you another unit free of charge.
