Change of heart? For purchases through shop.firesense.com / www.balkenehome.com, we gladly accept returns of all non-final-sale items in new condition with original packaging. Email cservice@welltraveled.net to request a return authorization. In your email, please include your order # or proof of purchase and reason for return. We are unable to process returns without proof of purchase.
Items purchased through a third-party retailer must be returned to the retailer.
You may return your package via the shipper of your choice. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to cover the value of the product. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
